Mr C.S. Huang laid the groundwork in 1978 for what would become Nanliu Enterprise Co. Ltd. in Ciaotou Township, Kaohsiung County, Taiwan. Nanliu is a name derived from TaiNAN county and LIUjia township, which he chose for his business to pay homage to his feelings and memories of his childhood home. In the early stages of the company’s existence, it began marketing and selling a variety of consumer goods, including kitchen cleaning wipes, grinding wheels, and other such items. At our manufacturing plant, we make sure that we always establish a cleanroom workshop. A cleanroom is a regulated space that is designed to control
contamination and aids in the removal of airborne particles. Cleanrooms are necessary for our manufacturing processes because even the smallest particles can affect the manufacturing and quality of a product or assembly. Along with that, we always keep the cleanroom quality control in check.

Nanliu India has invested in high-tech equipment from Europe in the hopes of lowering manufacturing costs, ensuring quality control of wet wipes, implementing
effective research and development, highlighting the uniqueness of innovation and reformation, and developing the most economic effects possible. To do this, the company has improved production efficiency and capacity by making use of a patented high-tech and automatic wet wipes converting machine from Japan.
